Live Outside in Nature
To deepen your relationship with the natural world, try living outside in nature for a month or more. You can start in the Summer when the weather is nicest, and then move on to the other seasons. Living in nature will change you in many ways. The first thing you'll notice is how adaptable the human body is. You don't need to be uncomfortable to do this. You don't have to sleep on the ground. But you might want to try it if the weather is warm enough because of the intimate connection with Mother Earth.
